The rose program blooms strong females and males existing around and within us through leadership, empowerment, and determination in gender equality.
Through this program, students will learn how to lead and empower others. Rose reminds us that we have already risen above a ceiling, and continue to rise to the occasion regarding gender equality.
This curriculum gives students the tools to lead with grace, be confident in their actions, and move with determination to gender equality.
*10% of the proceeds will be donated to the Fr. Bill Atkinson Service Crops, a nonproift that uses this curriculum to service individuals with intellectural disabilities.

Going for Goals - Goals are pivotal driving forces for our lives. At every stage and in every age, we should use goals to help us get to where we want to go. Through this lesson, you will be able to create a group goal and guide your students in creating their own individual goals. These goals allow students to grow as leaders in their community.
Follow My Lead - We all are leaders, we just have to be shown how! In this lesson, show your students their true colors with their innermost character as a leader. In doing so, you will be able to give them tools to develop their leadership skills.
Reading, Writing, and Arithmetic - By using example stories of various female leaders, students will see how we are all capable of being inspiring leaders when we persist! Use this lesson for reading comprehension and to practice writing and storytelling.

Molly has nearly ten years of experience writing curriculum for students of varying abilities across over 15 different subject areas and over 10-grade levels, extending all the way through college. Her curriculum has been used to educate tens of thousands of students across four different states. At present, she is an educator and faculty member at Villanova University in Pennsylvania.
