about Molly
Bliss Founder and Creator

Molly’s story always begins and ends with her older brother, Tommy. Tommy was born with a form of cerebral palsy called lissencephaly through which he is nonverbal and uses a wheelchair for mobility.

Since she can remember, Molly has always prayed and wished for Tommy to learn how to walk and talk.

Her aunt recalls a story of when she was 4 years old at a church in Italy. She told Molly she could make a wish. Molly knelt down, closed her eyes, and folded her hands.

Afterward, she asked what Molly wished for and Molly responded:

“I wish for Tommy to learn how to walk and talk.”

It wasn’t until she was in high school that she realized that rather than Tommy being able to walk and talk,
she could learn how to walk and talk for Tommy.

This is what led Molly to inclusive education.

Molly has her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Premedicine from the University of Notre Dame. Following that, she earned her Master's of Education from Notre Dame.

Molly has written curriculum across over 15 different subject areas for over 10 separate grade levels from elementary school to college. Her curriculum has served tens of thousands of students in the states of Texas, Indiana, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.

Molly herself has implemented this curriculum with and taught over two thousand students.

It all starts and ends with inclusion.

Throughout Molly’s varied experiences in education, she has found her passion in serving students with disabilities.

In adapting lessons and materials to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities, it makes it accessible to all.

This is how she have learned how to walk and talk for Tommy. To answer the call:

Where would he go? What would he say?
Who would he serve?

It all starts and ends with inclusion.

Not an inclusion revolution, per say, but an inclusion revelation that we can use education to persist our students’ growth in mind, body, and spirit.

Hence the birth of our seven courses: joy, dream, inspire, aspire, explore, rose, and wonder. Learn more about each of these courses by visiting our courses page.

Through these seven courses, we have been able to transform the lives of individuals with disabilities, who have gone in turn and changed lives around them.
